Works begin at the railway station garden

THERE'S excitement at the Stanthorpe Railway Station as the long-awaited buildingwork is about to begin. Once our verandah extension and disabled facilities are complete, we will be on track to offer a far wider range of community activities such as workshops and artisan days, all with a fully operational cafe.

A big thank you to all who have supported us in this venture and will continue to support us through memberships and volunteering - we are looking to expand both.

Come to the Whistlestop Gardens at the railway on Thursday, January 17, or Saturday, February 9, for plant sales, special offers and new stock - and to take a look at the progress our dedicated gardeners have made.

The big gate opposite IGA will be open.

The Molly Mac accommodation raffle, whichwas generously supported, was won by ticket No.223.
