WEATHER: Find out what's predicted for the show
NORMALLY show time means rain but, according to the Bureau of Meteorology, the weather will stay fine.
Meteorologist Michael Gray said Stanthorpe would be blessed with warm and sunny conditions tomorrow, with fairly consistent temperatures in the high 20s for this year's agricultural show.
"Over the weekend conditions will be partly cloudy, with light easterly winds,” Mr Gray said.
"This time of year we typically see extreme UV levels, so show-goers are reminded to slip-slop-slap from around 8am through to late afternoon, even when it is cloudy.”
Temperatures will reach a high of 30 tomorrow, 28 on Saturday and 29 on Sunday.
Minimums will also be warm at 17 degrees tomorrow and Saturday and 16 on Sunday.
"These conditions are being caused by what is known as a blocking high weather pattern, which has given southern Queensland generally clear and dry conditions over recent weeks, in contrast to the heavy rainfall in the far north and tropics due to the active monsoon trough.”
