Club out to lure new members

THE Warwick Lure Coursing Club is always on the look-out for new members and hopes some will head to Henry Joppich Park with their dogs for a practice day on April 29.

The club attracted 20 dogs for its first field trial for the year this month, including a small number from Brisbane.

Club president Anne Freebairn said club members received assistance from Brisbane members in running the event.

"The Brisbane members are part of the Kuraby club," Freebairn said.

Each month, the club alternates between field trials and practice days.

The next field trial is on May 27.
