Forums to cater for young growers

YOUNG horticulture growers (35 years and under) in south-east Queensland are invited to attend two regional forums this month in Gatton and Stanthorpe.

A lively program of speakers and a free BBQ and drinks will be provided to give young growers an opportunity to catch up and socialise with other growers and to talk about issues of importance in the industry.

The first event will be held next Thursday, April 19, at the Conference Room, Gatton Research Station, Warrego Hwy, Gatton.

Bookings are essential and should be made to Project co-ordinator Robert Hall on 07 3620 3844 or email rhall@growcom.com.au.
