Tough contests in five-a-side

FIVE-A-SIDE: Barbarians nearly caused an upset against top team Fabregasm in last Wednesday nights men's five-a-side competition.

However a late goal sealed the win for the understrength leaders of the comp.

BBs and Gringos also a close game with BB's wining 4-2.

A goal feast was had between A team and Full Tilt with the final score 6-all, meaning the teams shared the points.

In the ladies comp, Foxy's Bakery returned to the winners list with a 6-2 win over Spicy Sprinters.

United Yellow and Risky Business continued their close struggles this season with another draw, this time 4-4.

The finals result saw Ballandean Ladies defeat Mixed Up 4-1.
