Teenager pulled from a pond near Mount Pleasant
PARAMEDICS treated a 19-year-old man who was pulled from a pond near Bruce Hwy and Sams Rd, Mt Pleasant this morning.
A QAS spokesman said the incident occurred about 1.04am after the man swallowed water while swimming.
The man was taken to Mackay Hospital in a stable condition for further assessment.
