Teen killed in truck hit and run at notorious intersection
BREAKING
A teenage girl has tragically died after she was hit by a truck in Melbourn's east this morning.
The 14-year-old girl was crossing Whitehorse Road in Ringwood at 7am when a turning truck has slammed into her.
She was rushed to hospital but has since died, Victoria Police confirmed.
Witnesses say the intersection at which a young schoolgirl was hit and killed is notoriously dangerous where "rules just don't apply".
