Murder charge follows shooting

A WOMAN has been charged with attempted murder after a shooting incident in Warwick last night.

It will be alleged a 53-year-old woman shot a man four times at a property on Denmark Ln, just off Top Swanfels Rd.

A 71-year-old man has since been transported to the Toowoomba Hospital with wounds to his body and legs.

The woman has been charged with one count of attempted murder and is due to appear in the Warwick Magistrates Court at 2pm today.
