Squash to start

RACQUETS will be at the ready tonight for the Ladies Squash Club Committee muster night from 6.30pm.

A new committee has just been elected with Silvana Marmotta at the helm as president, Michelle Fisher as vice president and treasurer Laura Johnson.

"Beth Price, the previous Ladies Squash Club president, has done a wonderful job," Silvana said.

"As a new committee we want to be able to continue the success of the club and are looking forward to seeing current ladies squash club members return and new players coming in."

The season starts on Thursday, February 9, and any ladies interested in ladies nightime squash should come to the muster (trials) tonight at 6.30pm or Thursday, February 2, at 6.30pm at the squash courts on the corner of Guy and Wood Sts.
