THEY were both shot in New Zealand, both released recently and both feature blonde stars meeting their twin on the beach.

Taylor Swift's video for Out of the Woods has been compared to I by Korean pop star Taeyeon, who rose to fame as part of the mega popular Girls Generation.

While Taeyeon's clip features her leaving her job and heading to the wilderness, Tay Tay's shows her running through a forest being chased by wolves - not that similar really.

But the visuals of the videos are what have fans worked up.

Taylor's clip had barely been out a day when K pop fans started to draw comparisons.

"The end is kinda like Taeyeon's," wrote Bacon Leg on YouTube.

Eliza Pancakes agreed: "Why'd you copy Taeyeon though?".

Online K pop forums have been no stranger to the debate either, with some accusing Taylor Swift's video of being too similar, while others said they thought they were different enough.
