Sarah set to put her best on show
SARAH Peterson is no stranger to rural shows and now she is ready to be the face of Warwick's.
Whether it be competing or judging, Sarah has been involved with shows all her life.
"I've had a lot to do with rural shows through competing and judging, so I would now like to do the other side of it," Sarah said.
She said the showgirl competition was a positive way to represent the community.
"I am going for showgirl because I think it's a good way to showcase what's good about the community."
"I am a pretty confident person and I like to get involved," Sarah said.
For her fundraising event, Sarah is creating a Brand Board where people at the show can pay $50 to have their brand put onto a permanent board which will remain at the showgrounds.
"It allows them to bring family down, in however many years time, and say 'oh that was Great Granddad's brand' or whatever it may be," Sarah said.
If you would like you brand on the display board, you can purchase tickets from Carey Bros Butchery on Locke St.
Entries close on March 5.
