Roll up for Elders big unveil

AFTER more than two decades in its Applethorpe location, Elders has packed up and shifted a little further to the north.

The leading Australian agribusiness has opened shop and is trading as usual at 19 Granite Belt Dr, The Summit.

The business held a grand opening on Thursday, September 13, with staff, friends and loyal customers getting down to show their support.

Elders Stanthorpe manager and agronomist Andrew Hennoste said the change was welcomed by staff and customers.

"Over the years the business has outgrown the Applethorpe location,” he said.

"The new facility is nice and bright and all the staff seem happy. It just gives us more room and better layout and safer access to the highway.

"I think we're well situated now to maintain our customer base and hopefully have some growth. Some of our suppliers who've come in are certainly very happy with the new facility.”
