Teams ready for touch grand final

CAN'T Touch It and Raiders will meet in the A-grade grand final in Warwick touch tomorrow from 7.30pm.

Both teams made it to the season decider after semi-final wins in extra time.

Adam Byrne, Angela Lynch and Bart McIntosh will be three of the players to watch in the Can't Touch It side which has played touch for the past two years.

Raiders will rely heavily on Michael Brackin and Nikki Hornberg.

The Can't Touch It side can claim favouritism after going through the season undefeated. Players had a scare in the semi final when the side trailed for most of the game against Allora Butchery before scoring a late try to take the game into extra time.

Raiders are past winners of A-grade touch and made the grand final with a win in extra time against a Breakaways team which included Australian player Jessica Carey.

In the B-grade grand final at 6.30pm, Dangerous Goods, led by Helen Howard, will play the Jeff's Jokers combination organised by Amanda Russell.

Team Big Time plays Olsens Produce in C grade at 7.30pm tomorrow. New team IGA will play in the D-grade season decider at 6.30pm against Brownlie Concrete.

Men's grand final was played last night and were followed by presentations.

Tomorrow night, presentations will be made to winning mixed teams and runners-up, as well as referees, during a barbecue after the finals.

The Mick Ryan Memorial Spirit of the Club award will be presented at the end of the night at the clubhouse in St Mark's Oval.
