Pink's diet and exercise routines put her body in best shape
PINK is in the best shape of her life.
The 33-year-old star - who is currently on her 'Truth About Love' tour - has stuck to a strict diet and exercise routine, incorporating sprint intervals, kickboxing and bootcamp sessions, since welcoming her first child, Willow, in June 2011 with her husband Carey Hart, 37, as she wanted to feel confident about her post baby body when performing.
The 'Glitter in the Air' singer's personal trainer Jeanette Jenkins told People.com: "She was preparing for her tour from the minute she started training after she had Willow.
"She ate Freshology, a healthy food delivery service, and trained five times a week and lost 55 lbs. post-pregnancy. She was committed. She is in the best shape of her life."
The singer, whose real name in Alecia Moore, keeps her body trim and toned by snacking on kale chips and eating healthy meals such as fish and chicken with vegetables.
The former gymnast also worked with her acrobatics instructor Dreya Weber to help her learn how to sing while doing trapeze.
Dreya revealed: "First I had Alecia do sit-ups and I stood on her stomach and kind of bounced up and down and then I hung her from a trapeze bar and poked her in the stomach and said, 'Sing!' And she could!
"She is a natural athlete so the progression of the difficulty of the moves has been organic."
