STANTHORPE Oztag has resumed and there have already been some great games on Sullivan Oval.

John Cobon, from Stanthorpe Oztag, said there was still a chance for players to sign up for this fast, non-contact summer sport to join the 210 players who have already signed on.

Players also have the chance to purchase Oztag shorts before today's games.

Even though numbers are down from last year's season, there are four teams in the under 8s and U12s competition while the U15s section comprises of six teams.

The senior competition has been divided into two separate competitions to make oztag more attractive to more people.

The competitive division, which is made up of six teams, is for the more serious and competitive teams ready to put a good score on the board.

The social competition comprises of four teams whose players focus on having a good time running around the field, keeping active and staying fit.
