OUTAGE: Hundreds of homes without power
HUNDREDS of homes around the northern side of the Granite Belt have been without power since 5.30am today.
An Ergon Energy spokesman said crews were currently on the scene conducting an emergency repair.
Right now 867 homes are without power in Dalveen, Pozieres, Cannon Creek, Turners Creek, Passchendaele, Bapume, Braeside, Warwick, Pittsworth, Thulimbah, Cottonvale and Amiens.
The spokesman said the cause of the outage was currently unknown.
