No bull, it's a dog's life

THERE was no mooving this 10-day old calf from his new digs at Condamine Veterinary Clinic.

Some would say it's a dog's life for Bentley, the little fella's had a rough start to life and his mother was unable to look after him.

Owner of the clinic and Bentley's owner Cathy Marlton brought him so she and fellow staff members could hand feed him.

They were "udderly" shocked though when they left him to roam around the back, only to find him snug as a bug in the dog kennel.

Staff member Tarni Boyce, thinks it's a nice change having Bentley around.

"He's a cute little fellow," she said.

He'll stay with the vets until he's strong enough to fend for himself.
