New store allows customers to personalise their pizza

A "NEW era" in pizza is about to hit Noosa.

Who's the Farmer? Pizza, or WtF? Pizza for short, had their flagship opening yesterday afternoon and brand ambassador Matt Golinski said the whole team were excited to offer the Dress Your Own pizza concept from the Hastings Street store.

"You can either enjoy our naked pizza in its natural state, like a classic Margherita but only better, or you can dress it from our selection of fresh vegies, handcrafted salamis or the artisan cheeses laid out deli-style before you," he said.

"WtF? Pizza is not just about sourcing the best local ingredients, it's about giving you the freedom to explore combining our awesome ingredients in your own unique way so you can release your inner cuisine creativity."

Mr Golinski said another unique aspect of the pizza store was that all of the ingredients were sourced locally.

"Here at Who's the Farmer? Pizza, we're passionate about local produce," he said.

"We're talking about walking into the WtF? Pizza deli and knowing that the prosciutto, rocket and olives were likely delivered that morning by the farmer who grew them or the producer who made it.

"WtF? Pizza is a place where our community of producers are the stars. When you know who made it and where it comes from, then you can truly trust your food.

"It's provided a stage for local producers and farmers, who grow and make fantastic food, to present the average punter with a feel-good-fireworks-in-your-mouth meal."

WtF? Pizza is located at Shop 6/49 Hastings Street, Noosa Heads.
