Motorcyclist dead after single-vehicle crash

A MAN is dead after a single-vehicle crash in Calamvale last night.

Police say a motorcycle was travelling along Nottingham Road when it left the road and collided with a fence just before 7pm.

Emergency services attended however the rider, a 40-year-old Calamvale man, was unable to be revived and was pronounced deceased at the scene.

The Forensic Crash Unit is investigating.
