Man threatened fruit shop staff with a gun
A MAN walked into a Tarragindi fruit shop and threatened a staff member with a firearm, Queensland Police have said.
QPS have now called for anyone with information on the armed robbery to phone Crime Stoppers.
The robbery happened about 12.30pm on Sunday, QPS said in a statement.
Police said the man demanded money from a staff member.
"The man was then handed a sum of money from the shop attendant, before leaving the shop and being driven from the scene in a silver sedan," the statement said.
"The vehicle was last seen driving east on Marshall Road towards the Pacific Motorway."
He was described as a blonde Caucasian man aged about 20.
