Make a date for dinners

BOOKINGS are still open for celebratory dinners planned as part of the centenary of Warwick State High School next month.

Chairperson of the P&C Centenary Committee Janet Reid said the dinners would be held on the evening of Saturday May 5 and tickets were still available.

"Attendees were to submit their registration and payment for these dinners by April 6," Mrs Reid said.

"As most people have now realised - the committee included - that was Good Friday, so in view of this oversight, the registration and payment time has been extended until Friday of this week."

Mrs Reid said local venues had been booked but organisers needed final numbers so they could complete arrangements.

"The dinners will group various decades together, such as the '30s and '40s and the '50s and '60s."

A form to register for the dinners is available on the Warwick State High School website and payment can be posted to PO Box 67, Warwick Qld 4370, or made at the school office.
