Ladies share knowledge over lunch

THERE are plenty of talented business women in the region who have a lot to offer to the Southern Downs.

Tomorrow women across the region and beyond are invited to be a part of a women’s networking lunch to come together, share ideas and help further their business.

National Speakers Association of Australia’s Speaker of the Year and two-time recipient of the Presidents Award Denise Quinn will be the guest speaker at the luncheon on shifting the energy in people.

Mrs Quinn of Upper Pilton provides audiences with information to improve their everyday work life balance.

She has developed a program called the Rural Regional Remote Women Business Mentoring Program which assists entrepreneurial women enrich their lives.

Event co-ordinator Leanne de Toerkenczy said the meeting was a great opportunity to network with other like-minded women and to showcase their own business.

“It’s a great opportunity to share and work together – there are a lot of talented woman on the Southern Downs,” she said.

Ms de Toerkenczy said it wasn’t just lunch as there was plenty of opportunity for women to nourish their skills and learn to improve their business.
