Injury mars Cowboys win

WARWICK will be without centre Brock Grayson for the rest of the 2012 season after he injured his knee in the 40-20 win against Oakey on Saturday night.

Grayson scored a try in the victory.

Club secretary Garry Hanson said scans showed the centre would need a full knee reconstruction.

"Numbers at training have been excellent and the coaching staff is happy with the attitude the players are showing," Hanson said.

Games against Souths at Clive Berghofer Stadium on Sunday will start with the under-18 game at 11.30am, reserve grade at 1pm and A grade at 2.30pm.

"Souths have bought well in the off season and this will be a real test for the young Cowboys coming off a good win against Oakey last week," Hanson said this week.
