In-form Ferguson finally settling in well with Raiders

RAIDERS centre Blake Ferguson's career was at a crossroads just two months ago after he copped a $10,000 fine from his club for skipping training in favour of a boozy bender.

But the dazzling outside back was back in favour in the nation's capital yesterday, signing a two-year extension to keep him at the club until the end of 2015.

The in-form Ferguson cut the Storm apart on Saturday night, scoring two tries.

"I've got plenty of mates here in Canberra and I've just bought myself a property down in Woden, so it feels like home," he said.

"I've been doing plenty of things outside of football ... I've been working with some counsellors."
