Happy Easter gift

BABY Edith Clancy has just capped off a stellar week for her adoring parents.

Over the past seven days, Gail and John Donges have celebrated their third wedding anniversary and Easter, before a grand finale at the Warwick Hospital on Friday.

Edith made her Easter entrance into the world at 10.42pm on Good Friday, weighing a healthy 3440 grams.

Her birthday will be celebrated two days after her parents' April 4 wedding anniversary.

The precious newborn is already sticking to routine, being one of the mere 5% of babies who are born on their actual due date.

The St George couple decided to have their first daughter in Warwick, to be closer to their family support network in Warwick and Toowoomba, and have already been inundated with gushing admirers.

Two of those fans were Warwick grandparents Jim and Leonie Rickard, who yesterday declared her to be "the most beautiful baby in the world".
