Fresh faced fireys raise big for men’s health awareness

THE team from the Stanthorpe Fire Station has raised $1520 for the Movember initiative, aimed at raising awareness for men’s health.

Firey and paramedic Andrew Bell said a big thanks to all the people who donated.

“The hairdressers from Cuts and Curls, Joanne Adams and Gemma Osbaldeston, Woolworths for donating towards the barbecue, Tony and Ann Goodrich, the staff at Pierpoint Motors and Dr James Telfer,” he said.
