Councils continue green waste collection after TC Marcia
LIVINGSTONE Shire Council has almost finished collecting green waste, and is on its final round of kerbsite collections in urban areas.
As of yesterday, all green waste should have been placed on the footpath for collection.

At this time there is no schedule for collection, with a council spokesman saying the timing depends on the amount of vegetation out for collection.
Meanwhile, Rockhampton Regional Council crews are on the second round of green waste collection.
Residents are asked to ensure green waste is free of asbestos, rubble or bulk waste.
Those who live in a laneway or have limited footpath space are asked to place their green waste in a neat pile, before calling council to arrange a collection time.
Once that time is arranged, the green waste should be piled onto driveways for easy access.
