Committee keeps competitors fit

THE Pentath-run Committee is keen to provide a training mechanism for participants keen to compete in the ninth annual run on May 21-22.

Those wishing to improve their fitness for the Pentath-run or for any other reason are welcome on group runs from WIRAC at 6am each Saturday and 5pm each Sunday.

All levels of fitness are catered for. Pentath members also run as individuals at other times.

Committee secretary Georgie Stewart can be contacted via the website, www.pentathrun.com.au to organise individual and group runs.

Events this year are Warwick Credit Union Half Marathon, Wickhams 10km Ascent, Darling Downs Hotel 5km, NRCHI Bodyworks 4.6km Cross-country and Rainbow FM 1500m. Red Rooster and Condamine Sports Club are also sponsors.
