Car vs Motorcycle ends with 22-year-old in hospital

A 22-year-old male has been transferred to Mackay base Hospital with leg injuries, after his motorcycle collided with a car.

Mackay Police District Duty Officer Senior Sergeant Mark Dwyer said both vehicles were passing through the roundabout at Alfred and Sydney St, about 4.20pm yesterday.

The 48-year old female driver of the other vehicle left the scene uninjured.

Sergeant Dwyer said police will continue to investigate.
