Broadwater looking forward to camp, dance and swimming

TERM 3 has flown by at Broadwater State School with many fantastic learning opportunities for our students.

Next term, we have the Year 5/6 camp at Tallebudgera to look forward to, as well as Dance Fever, Extended Learning for Year 6 and swimming lessons.

Last week, our younger students in P-2 went in to enjoy the amazing Under 8s day at Weeroona Park.

All of our students came back looking decidedly colourful with lots of face paint and excited smiles from their morning adventures.

This year, again, we did a science activity based around chemical changes.

Thank you to the staff and parents who were able to go and help on the day.

Our senior students have also had a great time working on their entries for the Granite Belt Multimedia competition, which will be finalised at the awards night next term.

A huge thank you to Mr Fenney at Pozieres State School for his assistance and guidance using the new programs.

We are looking forward to attending the showcase at the Stanthorpe Library.

We also have a limited number of enrolment vacancies for 2019.

If you are wanting to enrol for next year, contact the office on 07 4683 6281 for an appointment or to request an enrolment package.
