Boot scoot your way to Christmas with this upcoming event

GET ready to boot scoot your way to Christmas with the upcoming Christmas Country Music Spectacular.

Hosted by Stanthorpe resident Peter Salata, the country music enthusiast said it would be a night full of top-notch country music.

“I thought it would be a good idea to bring a bit of Christmas cheer to the residents of Stanthorpe,” Mr Salata said.

American award-winning guitarist Lindsay Waddington will take the stage, accompanied by Ken Lindsay, Mandy Lindsay and Peter Salata.

“Lindsay Waddington is one of Australia’s top-notch guitar players.

“He has just come back from performing over in Europe and America and he said he wanted to come and do a show in Stanthorpe.

“This will be the first time they have performed in Stanthorpe, and we can assure you its going to be a professional show,” he said.

The Christmas Country Music Spectacular will be held on Saturday, December 14 at the Anglican Church Hall in Stanthorpe from 2-5pm.

Tickets will be available on the afternoon at the door, $25 for an adult, or $20 for a pensioner.
