Alleged threesome attempt ends up in court

A MAN allegedly forcibly pulled off a woman's singlet in front of another man in a failed attempt to start a threesome.

Troy Allan Burley has pleaded not guilty at the Brisbane District Court to sexual assault.

A court has heard Mr Burley, 38, and the woman had been emailing and texting each other explicit messages and pictures before meeting up for the first time in March 2015 in a Margate motel.

The court heard they met for consensual sex after which Mr Burley left. He allegedly returned at about 9pm with another man who believed the woman had already agreed to include another partner in the bedroom.

The court heard the woman was immediately very nervous and covered herself with a sheet.

Crown prosecutor Jacob Robson said Mr Burley then forced off the woman's singlet. He then allegedly encouraged her to perform sexual acts on both the men but she refused and kicked him out of the motel room.

The trial continues.
