FOR more than 50 years the Apple and Grape Harvest Festival has made some amazing memories in Stanthorpe.

This year the festival committee want to share those memories with the community.

Volunteers' director Annette Brown encouraged community members to bring their photos to the office for inclusion.

"If anybody has old photos of former Apple and Grape Harvest Festivals, the grand parade or anything else to do with it - or, as they used to call it ,the Apple Blossom - bring them down so we can display them.”

The committee has started to collect photographs and is looking to add more.

"There's some beautiful memories up there and we'd like to see a lot more,” Ms Brown said

She asked people to put their names on the backs of the photos so they could be returned after the festival.

Take photos to the office, at the location of the former Cork and Fork restaurant, within the next week.
