Allora reflects on its annual show

AS ALLORA Show Society members concentrated on finishing the clean-up yesterday, many reflected on the success of this year's show.

Show secretary Wendy Ardrey said with entries up across the board, all were satisfied with the turnout at the 2012 show.

"We've had 40 people helping us clean up Sunday and (yesterday) which was just wonderful," she said.

"The arena is in pretty good condition and the rest of the grounds are just puddle holes, but it's coming up trumps again."

She said things were far from dying down at the showgrounds, with events lined up the next few weeks.

This weekend there will be a horse sale and horse clinic.
