Feed and info for flooded farmers

AGFORCE will host a free barbecue breakfast and information morning tomorrow in Warwick for primary producers affected by flooding.

The Road to Rebuilding “one-stop” information shop is touring Southern Queensland and will be at the Alexander Motel from 8am to 11am on Friday.

Farmers can speak one-on-one with insurance providers, financial advisors and property planning experts to rebuild their property and livelihood.

These specialists will include the Stock Squad, WFI, AgForce, banks, the Rural Financial Counselling Service, QRAA and others.

Topics covered will include returning displaced livestock, costing replacement farm infrastructure, gaining access to volunteers and donated equipment, information on flood relief assistance and re-building your farming finances.Bring your neighbours and join AgForce for a barbecue breakfast sponsored by AustSafe Super, with drinks supplies by Suncorp.

The morning is free to all producers, with the Alexander Motel located at the corner of Wood and Wentworth Streets in Warwick.
