Brisbane men in Hospital after pre-dawn stabbings
APN NEWSDESKA PRE-DAWN stabbing attack in Brisbane's Fortitude Valley has left two Brisbane men in hospital, one in a critical condition.
The men, a 30-year-old and a 28-year-old, were wounded at 4.20am while inside a bar on Brunswick St.
One was taken to Royal Brisbane and Women's Hospital with critical injuries while the other was transported to Princess Alexandra Hospital.
Fewer than 12 hours earlier, a 30-year-old man was beaten and robbed in South Brisbane after being confronted in an underground car park.
At 6.15pm on Saturday, the victim was approached by another man who demanded a cigarette before throwing a punch and stealing his mobile phone.
The 30-year-old was treated for a head injury.
Police are investigation both incidents.
